Vishay hosts first ever Dragons RFC STEM Fair
June 2025
Vishay proudly hosted the first ever Dragons RFC STEM Fair – aimed at promoting STEM education.
The event welcomed 100 enthusiastic pupils from St Mary’s RC and St Gabriel’s RC Primary Schools, who took part in a variety of hands-on STEM workshops led by some of the industry’s finest.
From building to problem-solving, the pupils also had the chance to explore the fascinating world of compound semiconductors, giving them a glimpse into one of the most advanced and fast-growing sectors in technology.
Special thanks to all partners and supporters: Swansea University, Bute Energy, Royal Navy and WRU Apprentices.
And a special thank you to all the individuals who helped bring this event to life — from workshop leaders to support staff, organisers, and volunteers. Your passion and dedication made a lasting impact on every pupil who attended.
