Gender Pay Gap Reporting

July 2025

The gender pay gap is the difference between the average pay of men and women in an organisation.

Any employer with 250 or more employees on a specific date each year must report their gender pay gap data. You can read the 2025 report for Vishay Newport employees here.

We are committed to offering fair pay irrespective of gender. The report provides a snapshot of our gender pay gap and will complement our existing objectives to increase the diversity and therefore, performance of our teams.

We are working to improve the diversity of our teams. We work with schools, colleges and universities to attract more women and girls into STEM subjects as well as partnering with NGOs such as Women in Technology on developing leadership in this area.
